Best place in Kitchener/Waterloo. Can get access to your unit any time and the owners are super nice. Don't even think about going to the big chain ones.

I was relocating from another province, and parts of my relocation plan had to be orchestrated together very well, so I needed a storage I can really rely on. I decided to use this storage after reading its reviews, and I wasn't disappointed: Harry was very helpful and accommodating to my plans, and also helped me with moving my belongings to my new place. I knew I can rely on Harry's help if any unexpected changes of plan occur, which really made my relocation process much easier!

A lot of my stuff went missing on the day I went to pick up my stuff and they do nothing to help recover your stuff.
