As a customer of a local bank, I was invited to attend a "women's spa morning" at Mirbeau. We were asked to choose our desired service from 4 choices (manicure, pedicure, facial and message). All I wanted was a manicure. All I could NOT have was a massage (I have a torn rotator cuff and even the thought of someone massaging my shoulder, hurts). I got there at 9:00 am and was told "Your massage is at 10:00"! When I explained my situation, and asked for a manicure, I was told I could have a pedicure at 11:00. Couldn't wait 2 hours. So I left and will not go back. Not very friendly and very unaccommodating.

Such an amazing spa, I have never had such a great facial...in my entire life! Absolutely fantastic, hands down. Will NEVER go to anyone else and cant wait to go back!!
