I went today to get my eyebrows threaded and I had a great experience. I also brought my young cousin for the first time and the lady was kind.

This is a review for the salon on then second floor by Forever 21. Do not get your brows threaded here! The lady who did my brows did not prep my skin or ask how I like my brows shaped. When I told her she seemed to blow it off saying ok. She then rushed through the process and when she was done it did not look at all how I like them shaped. She also broke skin and did not do anything to soothe the skin from redness or irritation very unprofessional and will never go back. Save your money!

I had a wonderful time there and got many compliments about how my eyebrows were done from here. I would definitely recommend Arch Salon to my friends and family. Very good job.
