I recently bought a 2024 Jeep Compass here and I had a great experience. Shout out to John - Johnathan Jordan. He was so welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive and taking time to understand my needs without any pressure. He is genuinely honest and offers best advice regardless of your credit. Absolutely no judgement as well. Would definitely recommend asking for him when you get there. His customer service is amazing as he listened and understood my situation and in the end made it all work. I’m grateful and happy. Thank you for all your help John.
My wife and I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle here, we had an excellent experience. Lee helped us out with everything, he was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When we took delivery, Lee went in early that morning to make sure the vehicle was detailed and everything was taken care of. I'd highly recommend Lee and South Trail Chrysler, we are very happy with our vehicle and our experience.
One of most shadiest Dealerships I have ever seen. I got a car from these and these guys just put up grease or some kind of black stuff to cover Cover up the spots on the car like the paint is getting off even on the side of the doors. Or put up grease to cover up other scratches and where the pain is getting off. After a month when u wash your car you can see where they have done some work to cover up scratches after month or so everything is visible as soon as the polish gets off the car. And the brake callipers have enough rust buildup that every time you press the break it makes so much noise. The advice their red seal technician gave was take it to a stony Trail go about hundred km per hour and start pressing break so the brake pads get settled in. That was the best advice that the red seal technician gave and even after driving it for about 2000 km it still makes the same noise.

Thank you for getting the deal closed and also taking the time in walking me through the fine details. They’re about Family. As such I was treated as they would treat their family.
