We recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Adrien and we couldn’t recommend him enough. From start to finish the process was complete seamless and his attention to detail was incredible. Initial purchase process was fine however went downhill fast after paperwork was signed.nThey put undercoat on the truck even though I emailed them a week before saying unless you are dealing with the rust already on the frame I do not want it.nUndercoat was put ontop of dust and dirt so days after it was falling off already, on top of that it was sprayed all over the exhaust pipe, engine, exhaust manifold, even the side of the truck.nThe spray on the side of the truck was partially fixed a week later after attempting to get a hold of them for 8 days I went to the dealership and forced someone to answer why nobody would take the time to answer emails or return phone calls.nThe attached pictures are after they spent 10.5 hours fixing their mistakes... I phoned the next day to ask why nothing was actually done and again no response from themnnGo elsewhere for your car purchases as all they care about is you signing the dotted line
Absolutely terrible customer service and Jigar lied to us and wrongly advised us. BIG MISTAKE COMING HERE! Our Hyundai came in for a recall, we were told it was covered by Hyundai and no cost to us lie #1. They took apart the engine bay and did their assessment. We submitted all the documents required. Then told us we had to call Hyundai Canada as they didn’t approve their request lie #2. Also said that it’s out of his hands because they are private and this dealership is not part of hyundai Canada B.S. We called Hyundai Canada and they said the dealership has to make the decision and it’s all in their system and that customer has to deal through their dealership. Then Jigar texted us to come pick up the car and said they put everything back together lie #3. We pleaded for him to connect with Hyundai Canada and see if they can order parts through recall - Jigar gave us BS excuses about how he has to talk to his manager, etc. 3 weeks go by and nothing. I called him and same story and now he says we have to charge storage fees for keeping the car in their yard. I came to pick up the car and paid their stupid assessment fees only to find out that the car engine is still not put together. Jigar no where to be found or contacted. The other rep says we have to pay extra to put it together. WTH!! These guys will rip you off. Now it’s been 2 days and no one is responding to our calls. Go to Hyundai Crowfoot instead. I called them and explained my case and they said they would help.

Jackie went above and beyond to ensure my car issue was fixed promptly and gave me great advice on maintaining my vehicle.nnWhat truly stood out was the attention to detail and the extra mile they went by thoroughly cleaning my car after the repairs—it felt like driving a brand-new vehicle again! Jackie’s professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for customers made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.nnI highly recommend Countryside Hyundai, and if you’re lucky enough to work with Jackie, you’re in the best hands.
