Hello mr. gagandeep so i got your reply there was no option to put another review so i am editing it so you mentioned in your reply that you didnt hear any noise when i gave my car first of all i didnt gave you guys permission to diagnose my car them how you look into my car to see the noise at my recent visit??? I just changed the engine oil and yes there was noise in my shocks then only your dealership replaced my shocks under warranty!! But my issue was not fixed and i told your old employee!! Mr jeff stewart regarding that he without diagnosing my car told me to wait and noise will go away and whats my fault in that if he doesnt works with you anymore??? He create problem for me at that time he was your employee at that timenso if he create mess your dealership should clean it and try to give me better service rather than treating like shit!!! That our employee cant tell you to wait and you want to say indirectly that i am telling lie i am really very angry on this point i am getting blamed unnecessarily that i am telling lie even i dont do anything your employee puts me in troublenSecondly you told that alignment is free if its related to warranty so you guys do alignment because you changed my shocks!!! And my shocks was replaced under warranty then why you charged me for thatnnWorst dealership experience of hyundai i ever had in all over canada i went to dealership in November 2024 and my car shocks was making noise and my car was under warranty at that time and at that time service advisor jeff stewart was dealing with my case first of all they was not able to find any noise from my car and they told your car is good take it home and then i showed their mechanics noise in my vehicle and they told sorry we will look into the issue and after that i waited for a month and they told they have changed and put new shocks in my car and my issue is fixed now but when I drove my car I noticed that my car was still making noise and i went back to them just after 2 or 3 days after my shocks was replaced and then i went back to service advisor jeff stewart who without diagnosing my car again told me to wait for 6 months as my shocks are new they dont have good moisture once you drive the car slowly slowly noise will go away i trust him and leave and now when i came back there jeff stewart was not there one of the service advisor i dont know his name he is probably a punjabi guy sitting in the middle of service advisor he told jeff stewart doesnt work with us anymore and he told jeff stewart cant tell you to wait for 6 months and i told him what do you want to say i am telling lie?? And he is showing lots of attitude i told him to fix my issue as i came in warranty otherwise i will complaint to hyundai canada and he was like ok go ahead this is the type of service you give to your customer last time also i pay them 180 dollars for alignment even though my car was under warranty but thats ok if they take 180 but atleast fix my car my car was still not fixed and they already charged 180 dollars from me and they was again asking more money for inspecting my car even though it was there fault who told me to wait for 6 months and don’t fix my car

I purchased a 2026 Palisade last week, and the experience has been absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the process.nnSpecial thanks to Emad, the young sales lad, and Robin, the sales manager, for providing a personalized and thoughtful experience while booking the vehicle. Jessica, who handled all the documentation, was so fantastic—knowing I was busy with work, she offered to complete everything online so I could simply drop by to pick up the car.nnOn top of that, the team was always available by direct call to answer any questions I had, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
I recently worked with Adrien in sales. After 4 days of communication over text, I found his responses became impatient and snarky. I asked if he can ask his sales manager for $500 below asking price. Within 2 minutes, he responds with “he said no.” I’m pretty confident he did not ask. So I decided to call and talk to the sales manager Xavier directly.nI told him I was not comfortable with Adrien and would like to deal with someone new. He told me that’s fair and he will find someone else for me. He said there is ALWAYS wiggle room on their asking price or they’ll throw in winter tires. Shortly after that call though, Xavier calls me back saying that the other sales manager who Adrien was working with wants to punch him for saying that. I was told I could not switch sales person or sales manager, even if I felt uncomfortable with them. I thought this was very unprofessional.
