Recently purchased a 2025 GMC AT4-X from a salesman Shekher Singh. This guy went well out of his way to make sure I was happy by changing the trucks floor mats and adding a tonneau cover and then putting extra effort into using tools to make the new floor mats fit while he was dressed in a suit! Haha Over the years buying vehicles I’ve never seen a salesman do what this guy did to make a customer happy. And the finance guy Shimpei ? I believe. What a guy! Brought me ice cream cake to the finance office haha and it was delicious! 10 out of 10 experience highly recommend!!

Not totally done our whole experience with Shaw, but to date, I give them 4 of 5. Really liked Tyson Hanson. A homegrown salesperson meets homegrown customers, the experience was easy and fun. He listened, offered suggestions, gave examples and offered new opinions and options. Kinda felt like I had someone in our corner thru the process. I look forward to the remaining experience. I had the pleasure of working with Bobby Butler. We were in the market for a new vehicle and found a truck. I believe that Bobby went the extra mile for us. From coming to our house to test drive the truck to staying late to accommodate our need for a later appointment time. I am very happy with our experience with Bobby. We will definitely be contacting him again for any future vehicles our family may need.
I purchased a new 2023 GMC Sierra a year and a half ago, and it’s been nothing but frustration since. The check engine light came on after a while, and the truck’s computer suggested a dealer checkup. On 21/02/2025, I went to the dealership, and after some time, they informed me that there was an issue with the DNS tank and that they needed to order parts. However, they couldn’t provide any estimate for when the truck would be ready—could be weeks, could be months, they don’t know.nnTo make matters worse, I requested a report on the issue, and I still haven’t received anything. When I went to speak to the manager about the situation, I was told to wait 10-15 minutes to see him, but after waiting from 12:30 to 1:30, I was ignored completely. The receptionist took my phone number promising I’d get a call back, but here we are—no call, no update.nnI highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a GMC vehicle make sure you inquire about parts availability beforehand, because if something goes wrong, expect no clear timeframe for resolution and zero communication. GMC’s customer service has been nothing short of terrible, and this experience has left me with a sour taste about the brand.
