I used Shaw GM this time to have my new truck serviced for its first service. From the time I pulled into the service bay, Melissa was absolutely great. Took her time to fully explain what service that they would be providing. I was also offered a drop off if needed. I have used more than a few dealerships in the city and this was by far the best. If you are taking your vehicle in for service, I would highly recommend you talk to Mellisa down at Shaw GMC.nnCheersnDave
I drove down to Calgary to pick up our dogs with my daughters after a vacation. I got a coolant leak and took it to Shaw. As soon as I got there I honestly felt they actually cared about our situation. Troy in parts figured out the part was not a GM part but a plug used after a deleted EGR. Wade, the assistant service manager tried to fix itself but when he saw the plug was cracked, he brought his diesel mechanic Joel in and he created a plug himself that would work. On behalf of my two daughters, I''d like to thank Shaw GMC for helping us get on the road and home to mom!
Hello. My wife and I just recently had our new corvette in for it's first service. When we brought the car in we had it in very clean condition as we keep our stuff always clean and looking good. When I picked up the car on Wednesday June 5 the car was filthy when I received it and I was a bit upset cause we spent money and time getting it clean. And the dealership did absolutely nothing to return it in a decent condition. I feel like when you spend 120 plus thousand on car they could at least detail it a bit before returning it to the customer. Any vehicle for that matter. Not to mention dealing with our sales guy was a complete struggle through the coarse of ordering the car. I don't think I'll be doing any further bussiness with Shaw just from the poor customer service my wife and i have personally have received. We where in the market for a new Yukon but we will taking our bussiness else where.
Upgraded to a newer used truck. I dealt with Bobby Butler and he was great. There was no high pressure and we spent sometime to look at a few options. Cheryl in finance was helpful too. She fit me in to close the deal on a Saturday. Pleasant experience and the truck has been great.
I visited Shaw GMC for the first time for an oil change and recall service. Rob Sikora verified everything with me, answered all my questions and concerns, and kept me updated on my vehicle's status along with the estimated pickup time. He was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend anyone who needs their vehicle serviced to come here. Thanks, Rob and Shaw GMC!
