I purchased a new vehicle a month ago and I was very pleased with the professional service I received at Renfrew Chrysler. I had a short window of time to make a purchase and Gavin Lemon took the time to listen to my needs and then showed me my options. He was patient with explaining all the features of the vehicles so I could make an informed choice and made the experience smooth and stress free. Even added a few extras to sweeten the deal and on the day of delivery my Jeep Cherokee looked perfect!nOn the finance side, Stefan was pleasant and through with explaining my options for warranty and then arranging for the insurance, registration and licensing so when it came time to pick up my vehicle everything was ready to go. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend this dealership.

Great experience at Renfrew Chrysler! Chris did an outstanding job getting me the pickup I wanted with a very limited time frame and a crazy schedule. I initially came to Calgary for a barrel racing event and with my few spare hours decided to look for a 1 ton diesel to upgrade to and take home. Not only did Chris work fast to make that happen but he put together a great deal on the truck I wanted reaching a bargain I would not have found anywhere closer to home. As well as getting me close to asking price on my trade in. Him and his team had the truck and documents done and my requests fulfilled within hours while I left to pickup my horse and trailer. When I returned he was very accommodating and welcomed my horse and trailer onto the lot to make the truck switch. Don't see that everyday! Thank you for going above and beyond Chris and team. Loving my new 2024 Ram 3500 Cummins Bighorn!
