On 7/3/24 my husband and I, both 74, went to Fish Creek Nissan to buy a used Nissan Rogue and trade in a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I wanted a red one and they had three to choose from. Of course we tested the newest model first. A 2020 Rogue SL fully loaded with only 40000 K. I wanted it but my husband said it cost more than he wanted to spend even with the trade in. The salesman, Ali Nadir, said he had a 2018 that was EXACTLY the same in every way except it had 104,000 K on it. We test drove it and based on what he said about it being EXACTLY the same we bought it. Ali only showed us the hatch and back of the 2020 model not the 2018. When I tried to look at the back of the 2018 Rogue by using the kick open feature Ali said “It has be running for that to work” and did not offer to open the hatch for us. I should have pursued opening it to inspect it but didn’t. I know now he was trying to hide the broken hatch. When we got home and opened the hatch I discovered that the entire top of the inside of the hatch was cracked open. They had thrown a part of some kind in the back supposedly to be used when we had the cracked hatch fixed ourselves. I called Ali and he said he didn’t even know who I was even though it was two days after I picked up the car. I was angry and irate with him as it was obvious he had misrepresented the condition of the car by saying it was EXACTLY THE SAME EXCEPT FOR THE MILEAGE. I sent him my bill of sale and pictures of the cracked hatch and asked him to fix it for us at their expense. He said he would show it to his manager and get back to me. To date I have heard nothing from them. I realize we should have inspected the car all over. It is our fault for not doing it. However, BE AWARE THAT IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH Ali Nadir AT FISH CREEK USED CAR, Ali Nadir WILL BAIT AND SWITCH YOU BEFORE YOU KNOW IT. HE MISREPRESENTED WHAT HE WAS SELLING. WONDER WHY USED CAR SALESMEN HAVE SUCH A TERRIBLE REPUTATION? Ali Nadir CAN TELL YOU.nUPDATE: After a long wait, I picked up my repaired car yesterday. Youssef, The Used Car Manager, was very helpful in getting my car repaired and offered an apology for the experience. The car is repaired satisfactorily. While I would never do business again with Ali Nadir, Youssef has been very kind and professional. He has made a bad experience end with a pleasant outcome.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Sara Barker at Fish Creek Nissan, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sara is an outstanding sales consultant—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to helping her clients find the perfect vehicle. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.nnFish Creek Nissan itself is a fantastic dealership, offering a great selection of vehicles and a team that truly cares about customer satisfaction. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend reaching out to Sara Barker at Fish Creek Nissan. You won't be disappointed!
Amanda was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was outstanding! She is so welcoming. I came in to have my vehicle in for maintenance, and she made me feel like I have known her for years. I’d absolutely come back. All around great service! THANK YOU AMANDA
I wanted to shine a light on the incredible sales experience I had with Caleb Mohamed. I was cross-shopping a few vehicles, with other brands, and found a few excellent options. But at the end of the day it was Caleb's dedication in trying to find the best option that suited my situation - that brought me back around to Fish Creek Nissan. If you're into pleasant/no pressure/informative/personable buying experiences... you need look no further than, Caleb! Well done, Sir... well done! Shout out to Nick finance for making that part of the process quick and easy!
I am not one to post reviews, however wanted people to be aware of a very negative experience I had with the service department at Nissan Fish Creek. I brought my car in for a service appointment and mentioned to my service advisor the back wind shield wiper had been turning on randomly without me. Following their service, they advised me there was an issue with the wiring harness, even though it was recently replaced. When I picked up the car the same day, the wiper no longer worked. Nor did any electrical work on the tailgate. I had the tailgate looked at elsewhere and was told the cables had been cut in half right by the access point. The casing containing all the cables was not damaged. You can see from the picture most of the cables are cut clean across at the same point. When I followed-up with Nissan, I was told it was possible a service tech could've accidentally broken the cables during their inspection or the cables could have broken by themselves. They accepted no responsibility. To me, their service standards are very low and they lack integrity. Be cautious if you service your car at this location, as they may be taking advantage of your trust.nnAs an update to Ben's post, he did offer to repair the wire harness, after I told him it was already repaired. Otherwise, Ben told me he didn't believe me and was pretty confrontational on the whole. He phoned to talk about my issue, without doing any background work. During our discussion it was clear he had no idea about the service or history of the issue. People may have different experiences with this service department, but this one was negative enough for me to take my vehicle elsewhere.
