Absolutely terrible experience with Fish Creek Nissan. My 2020 Rogue’s instrument cluster failed — a critical safety issue — and I was charged for a diagnostic that solved nothing. I was told the part could take “up to a year” to arrive and, unbelievably, was advised to find one myself on Facebook Marketplace.nnCommunication was a nightmare. I was bounced between departments, given conflicting information, and left to deal with an unsafe vehicle. I also paid thousands for an extended warranty and was flat-out denied any refund or goodwill. I was told that if no claims were made, a partial reimbursement might be offered — which was clearly misleading. Nick in finance was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no assistance or solution.nnThis dealership clearly does not care about safety, customer service, or honoring commitments. Do yourself a favor — avoid this place completely.
We came in not even looking for the car we ended up buying, but Caleb truly changed our minds. He was patient, understanding, and incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. His deep knowledge about the cars made us feel confident in our decision, and he stayed focused the entire time on making sure we got exactly what we wanted. On top of that, he’s a Lord of the Rings expert, so if you’re a fan, you’ll have a blast chatting with him while shopping for your car! Highly recommend working with Caleb.
Customer service was great. Very friendly and welcoming. Offered a decent waiting area with workstations & free WiFi, which was very convenient and helpful. Prices, though, were less great. $60 for a tire rotation? Really?
