I honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about the service department at Nissan Fish Creek. After dealing with a major headache and a totally wrong diagnosis at another dealership, coming here was a huge breath of fresh air.nA huge shoutout to Damaris for being so quick and on top of everything. Nick and Lucas were also incredibly nice and easy to talk to. Going to a mechanic can be really intimidating, but they never made me feel dismissed or looked down on. They just treated me with genuine respect.nI brought my car in for a second opinion on a rattling noise, and they were incredibly thorough and honest. They checked everything over, confirmed my alternator is totally fine, and told me I only need a water pump and saving me nearly $1,900 from what the other dealership had quoted. Plus, they put me in a brand new 2026 loaner car that was so nice it actually made me consider buying one lolnnThey’ve completely earned my trust. If you want an honest shop that actually treats people right, skip the stress everywhere else and come straight here.nnI highly recommend them. :
Recently bought a pre owned Rogue at Fish Creek Nissan. Ali exceeded my expectations from start to finish and 5 stars are not enough for his service. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a pre owned, Ali is definitely the one to see. Thank-You Fish Creek Nissan . My old Faithful Honda CRV had terminal engine failure, and I needed to find a newer vehicle. After visiting 5 other dealerships and test driving 5 other potential replacements; a Friend of mine brought me to Fish Creek Nissan. He introduced me to hospitable Mike Brown - General Manager, who directed Roshan Paudel - Sales Consultant to look after us. Roshan was extremely knowledgeable, professional in his information delivery and truly delightful to communicate with. After explaining my needs and budget and discussing possibilities, he suggested a 2021 Red Nissan Rogue. I test drove it, and immediately fell in love with it. We were then directed to Caleb Mohamed - Finance Manager who offered and explained financing options that would work for me. Within a few days I was driving away with a fully serviced and equipped, beautiful, new to me vehicle which I am extremely Happy with. I have already mentioned this dealership to other friends that are considering another vehicle. Thank you to All the staff that participated in the excellent delivery of this Red Rogue. Overall great experience purchasing my next vehicle. Shout out to Ali for managing the process, being responsive, and making sure I had what I needed, including behind-the-scenes work like arranging for the car detailing to look showroom ready! Delivery experience promptness could be improved, particularly reducing wait time to get the vehicle. Would do business here again!
Great first experience in the service department. Nicolas was a great advisor to deal with, recommended all the needed services to keep our Nissan running smooth. Not pushy at all! They honored the senior discount which is amazing touch. Appreciate the courtesy wash after the service was done. Worth the drive from the north side of Calgary to this location. Comfortable waiting area. Thank you to the amazing team here getting our Nissan in and out so quick!
