One of the Korean restaurants in Lougheed mall area. We tried cold noodle dish, codfish soup, and deep fried fish, everything was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed even the complimentary side dishes. The staff were warm and inviting. We will go back to try other items for sure. They don’t accept same day reservations though since they seem to have lineups usually. I will book a table in advance next time.
I highly recommend you to make a reservation because it can get real busy in there, especially on the weekends. It's such a welcoming restaurant as it seems like its family owned? The food quality was so homey and I enjoyed everything we got. We asked the server who recommended us a lot of good dishes. We got the pork bone soup, sashimi bibimbap, and seafood pancake. They were all very delicious and not overly oily or salty. We were lucky to get a reservation on the day of and was seated right away. The restaurant is in a huge parking lot, so parking wasn't hard. Prices were very decent compared to Richmond or Vancouver!
First time here. Wondering why this place is so much over-rated. As seen on the picture, I ordered pork tofu soup, and I only got one spoonful of pork. Very generous. Didn’t take a picture for bibimbap, but it’s the same. Limited meat. Seafood pancake is not very good either. Thin. Comes with salty sauce instead of sweet sauce Not coming here again
Food was great! I dont feel staff are nice, I think its because they are busy all the time. I came here from downtown. So I checked business time before I go. They have break time. But I didnt know because dont have break time on google map. We order M for two people. It was a lot of fish inside. I didnt ask them but there is no control spicy level on menu. If you cant eat spicy you should ask them before order
Love the cod fish soup! The cod fish is so fresh. 3 big chunks of cod. But not recommended for those who don’t like fish bones. I was fine because I am professional
Food is excellent Good service at a slow pace. If you are a fast paced person, do not recommend it. If somehow, like me today one of the guests can't eat spicy food for a certain reason. makes sure the order is not spicy. Because the menu doesn't label it. As you order, make sure you ask, no assuming. FYI, the hot pot we order is octopus and pork hotpot.
We finished almost everything and forgot to take pictures until the last dish pork cutlet. They are too tasty. We ordered soft tofu seafood soup, seafood pancake, spicy pork rice and cold noodle.Recommended dishesSeafood Pancake, Soft Tofu Stew
Probably the worst soondubu chige hot tofu stew I've ever had. I got the bulgogi beef kind and they literally gave me one piece, which is shown in the picture. Waste of $17 on this. Two stars instead of one because my wife's pork back-bone stew was decent.
Recommend seafood tofu soup! It’d be better if the soup could contain shrimp inside. Overall good!
Authentic Korean cuisine at reasonable prices. We’ve been here three times and are satisfied each time we dined here. Services are good too, friendly staff.
