Sport Chek

I have ordered an item online, which said that it is available in this store. A few hours later I went to the store to pick it up, and has been told that my order has not been processed and I will have to wait until it is processed which might take a few days. This is ridiculous, all I wanted is to make sure someone else didn't take the last item in stock before I got there. Also there is no pick up desk, so you have to go through regular checkout and wait in line. So I decided that I'll just purchase the item on the spot, and have been told that I can cancel the online order on the website. When I got home and checked the website, there is no option to cancel the order, I will have to visit the store again to pick up the item and return it when the order is processed. Worst service ever, will never buy from Sport Check again!

Great new look to the store since they completed the renovations. This store is a Sport Chek and Atmosphere combined. They have quite a lot of stock, and frequently have sales. Staff are friendly, but not always the most knowledgeable.

Had a couple different store employees bail on us while trying out some shoes. Only to notice them talking to fellow employees while not taking the time to help us find sizes. Had to walk around to find someone to help us.

The staff has some SERIOUS racist tendencies. Especially there's a girl named Brooke. It's NOT just her but she is the absolute worst. Kinda like straight outta Mean Girls

Love this store I go there alot for my clothing and shoes. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
