Had a few pairs of shoes to return that I had bought online. I accidentally neglected to bring the correct paper work and the girls there were really good about phoning into get that info and printing it out themselves for me. Congenial and helpful staff.

The women here were very, very helpful. I tried on a zillion pairs of Blundstones and they even checked other stores for me for the size I needed. Drove across town to buy the boots at another store, got home and realized they were just a tad too small. Back to this store and they CHEERFULLY refunded me for those boots and got me into a different (better!) model. Couldn't be happier or more grateful. Thanks Ladies!

Very Very bad. Ordered shoes for my daughter. Paid for them in advance. Recieved a phone call that shoes have arrived and ready to pick up. When we got to the store few days later to pick up the shoes, the girl at the counter told her that they sold my daughter's shoes to someone else. HOW CAN THEY SELL MY SHOES TO SOMEONE ESLE????? Don't order shoes here and waste your time.

You should try stay open till the time you are suppose to be open till! 5:55 is not 6:00. You lost my sale Jan 2/16.
