If I could give this winners 0 stars or negative stars, I would. Dont bother going here, walking in will fill you with rage. This is the most unorganized and unclean winners I have EVER gone to, I would even say the most unorganized, and unclean STORE that I have had the displeasure to walk into. I walked in 3 minutes after opening and items were thrown everywhere on the shelves and floors. I couldnt tell you what a single product was, save your time and go literally ANYWHERE else. This is not a one off experience either, everytime I have gone in here it is so unorganized and filthy, but 3 minutes after opening?? Ridiculous

Very misleading and unprofessional! I seen a shirt that had a clearance sticker on it and it was perfect for what I needed. Then I found another one but in a different color, so I asked one of the staff if the second one is on clearance and maybe was just not tagged yet. He looked and said no, that the clearance tag should not have been on this one shirt and tore it off. Clearly the tag had been on there for sometime because the bar code came off when he tore the sticker off. I told him that I was going to buy that one and he said that I need to pay full price. I said that's not fair, if I had not asked about the second shirt, you would have run thru the clearance shirt with no issues. He was very firm and not willing to budge. I asked if I could speak to a Manager, he said he was the Manager. I did not want to cause a scene and the conversation was going no where so I just left, and I will never go back there. Coming from a customer service background I know that this is unacceptable. So disappointed

Very organized store. There is a lot of different toys for my kids and fancy clothes. The only thing I suggest to make it better is the entrance. Is so grey.

I rarely write reviews because I usually do not feel the need to, but this store has consistently provided the worst customer service I have experienced.nEvery time I shop here, I leave feeling frustrated and singled out. I enter like any normal customer, behave respectfully, and simply do my shopping, yet I am followed and treated differently for no apparent reason. The experience makes me feel unwelcome from the moment I walk in.nIn particular, one employee repeatedly makes a point of monitoring me throughout the store. Whether I am in the fitting room area, browsing toys, or just walking around, he appears nearby, stares, and talks in a way that makes me extremely uncomfortable, as though I am being accused of wrongdoing.nWhen I make returns, he also sets my items aside for inspection. I understand stores have the legal right to verify returns, and I have no issue cooperating. I always return items with the original receipt and I am fully able to provide any supporting documentation if necessary. However, the way this is handled feels targeted and unprofessional.nI do not know what I have done to warrant this treatment, but there is a clear difference between providing customer service and making a customer feel suspected simply for being present.nPlease address this behaviour so customers can shop without feeling uncomfortable or judged.nnI wish I could give this store 0 stars if I could.

While it looks big from the outside, less selection than most, compared to Langley or the Burnaby Marine Way area.nnStill solid for home decor which is for me, but not much men's clothes.nnLocated top floor and convenient place for washrooms last-minute.
