I like the guy, he does good work. If you need to take something back on the rare occasion he stands by his work. I only give him a 4 star rating because he is not always open during his stated hours on his sign.

Harley is truly a Shoe Master. I took in my very beat up Birks to fix the heels and got an excellent repair job for a reasonable price. Work done was exactly as discussed and ready in less than a day and a half. He asked if I needed it faster than that, but not needed at this time.

Walked in today for a small job and received grumpy, dismissive service. I won't be going there again. I hate writing bad reviews, but I also don't want someone else to experience what I did.
