I would give him no stars if it was possible! The man was extremely rude! First off, I simply asked how much it would be to fix a leaking part of my shoes and he blurted out that he didn't fix leaking shoes, then he pointed out other holes in the soles and said that it would cost $60. But the real arrogant part of the process was that he rudely told me if I didn't want to pay it , then I should just"go away!" and was basically kicking me out of his shop. This guy certainly doesn't have any idea of customer service is and loves to drive off potential customers. Besides why would I pay $60 for you not to be able to repair my shoes!?

I have been to this store twice for advice. Each time I am amazed by how rude and unwilling to help the owner is. I shall definitely not be returning a third time.

This guy is terrible Very rough talking, has no prices for repais. He makes up his own prices and He charges repairs as if he was rebuilding a whole shoe. FOR A MINOR REPAR
