My wife recently purchased a pair of shoes from the Ecco location on 32nd. She loved them so much, I asked if they came in another colour? Turns out, the did, but at the Geox location. So off we went and now my wife is twice as happy! Happy wife...well you get it😉

My wife was tricked into buying shoes without a return policy. While shopping here - my wife told the owner she wanted to try the shoes on with 2 outfits at home that we are taking to France - to make sure it all worked. She went to the counter and made the purchase. The owner printed & proceeded to stamp the receipt "in store exchange only" and explained their return policy after she purchased the shoes when she was trying to return them.She is now stuck with a store credit that she doesn't want and she doesn't have the extra money to buy the new pair she wants. Do not shop here.
