Running Room

I had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. He made suggestions based off his experience and spent quite a bit of time making sure sure I got a pair that worked best for me.

I finally got my husband to go to Running Room to buy proper running shoes. He was fitted by the "professional" staff at the Running Room. He took them home and we ran a few times but they hurt his feet to the point of making his toes bleed. He didn't tell me, just tucked them in the closet. I finally asked him why he wasn't wearing them, having reverted to a pair of old, ripped shoes purchased at a competitor. I told him that Running Room would replace them, they have a great return policy! NOT. It had been awhile but the shoes were worn three times. The staff were not helpful. They said only 30 days. They would not look up when we purchased them. They did not offer any other options. Basically I felt like we were being told to take a hike! Well they have the shoes and we don't. Likely my husband will never set foot in the Running Room again and, neither will I.

The clothes fit really well and are a good price for the quality. The service has also been really friendly and helpful.

Bad Service. The Running Room Club is rude and takes the whole sidewalk. The prices are really expensive. I wouldn't recommend going there. bad service
