Dr. Rosenbaum Smith is great, but only giving 3 stars because of my issues with the office. Wait times and hold times are horrendous. Sometimes no one picks up the phone and it just hangs up. The referrals they send to mammogram and MRI clinic are almost always missing or incorrect, which creates a huge hassle. You get frequent mammograms, ultrasounds, and MRIs with breast cancer so this is a huge headache that it happens so often. The doctor's schedule is booked for months in advance so there is no flexibility for rescheduling. While I really like the doctor, the headaches with the office would have me look elsewhere for treatment if I were to do it again.

Had such a positive experience with Sharon, Emma & team. They made me feel very comfortable and reassured. They fit me into the schedule on several occasions at the last minute, Sharon wrote me a list of out-of-state doctors when I left NY for the week should anything have happened, her staff called/checked up on me twice following my appointments. They demonstrate an outlook that 'no question is too small', which, as a patient, makes you feel really comfortable and is very important. Highly recommend.

After i saw Dr Rosenbaum I left the building with a smile, not because I had a very good diagnosis but because the staff was so kind and welcoming. That appeased my anxiety. I felt comfortable. Very professional staff- medical assistant, NP, Doctors....you name it. Waiting for a diagnosis is stressful and the staff knows it to lessen the anxiety level with good customer service. Dr. Rosenbaum particularly was excellent: knowledgeable, patient -took her time to examine me. She provided me with her straightforward clinical explanation of my case and appropriate recommendations. She was kind, well spoken and well mannered. She answered my questions and provided me reassurance. Wait time: short. Courtesy : excellent. Cleaningness: highly above average. I really HOPE that my experience doesn’t change overtime because I feel safe there.

Dr. Rosenbaum Smith is highly knowledgeable. She explains medical issues in a clear, concise manner. She genuinely takes time to listen and get to know her patients. I appreciate her friendliness and feel confident in her medical expertise. Also, the support staff are nice and efficient.

Everyone who works in that office whom I encountered is wonderfully warm and helpful. Dr Rosenbaum Smith Is thorough in her exam and responsive and helpful in addressing any questions I have. She is deeply engaged with me, even though Annual checkups are done as a precaution. I am a 30 year survivor or breast cancer. I would recommend her to friends and family in the NY Metropolitan Area.

As I Transitioned from my doctor, who retired, I was welcomed by her staff at front desk that despite all issues with changes, and Covid 19 safety measures, made me feel very comfortable; the Doctor’s PA was also open to hear my concerns; I was thankful x that. Dr Rosenbaum was very professional and took the time to give me information I needed but also made my visit a pleasant one, giving enough time for me to feel comfortable before examining me for the first time. I highly recommend Them.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rosenbaum Smith. Dr. Sharon Rosenbaum Smith is not only a knowledgeable and wonderful caring doctor and surgeon, she is my guardian angel. She along with her team of oncologists and radiologists got together and planned my breast cancer treatment, 12 years later, thanks to her aggressive approach to my breast cancer and the wonderful treatment of the team, I am alive. Dr. Sharon Rosenbaum Smith is a caring , wonderful doctor. I trust her completely and recommend her to any woman who is dealing with cancer and needs a knowledgeable supportive and caring surgeon who will go above and beyond for your recovery and well being. I have been going to Dr. Rosenbaum Smith for 20 years. She is an excellent doctor. She is the perfect combination of pleasant and knowledgeable. She shows a lot of care and concern during her exams and throughout our after exam conversations. Additionally, the staff at Dr. Rosenbauam's office is excellent. They are very attentive and helpful.

Very attractive and calm waiting room with pleasant office personnel. Dr. Rosenbaum Smith is always informative, direct, and very friendly. I have been commuting over an hour twice a year, for 5 years, specifically to come see her, even though we have great physicians in my area. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Rosenbaum-Smith is personable, very clear about your situation and listens to you. She answers questions directly. This was my first meeting with her and I was impressed. After 26 years with my previous doctor I am very please with her as his replacement.
