I will never go here again worst care I have ever had. I'm not the kind of person to leave a bad review but I don't want anyone to waist their money like I did. If you are paying cash I highly recommend going to another Doctor

BE SURE TO GET AN ESTIMATE OF CHARGES BEFORE YOU LET THEM NEAR YOU!!!
I brought my son in to Myhealth Clinic in September of 2017 to get a sports physical. While we were there I figured I would get the third of his HPV shot series. After giving him the physical, they sent him back out to the waiting room to wait for a shot. After an hour, I went to the front desk to see if they had forgotten about him. They didn't but they were trying to figure out how to bill it. (Nobody seemed to know what they were doing.) After they gave him the shot they told me I could go home and they would bill me when they figured it out. Boy was I surprised to see that they were charging me over $400 for the shot. The other two (given at a competent clinic) were $180 & $201.
When I called to ask them about it, once again they seemed to have no clue what was going on but they would look into it. A week later, I received a call from Sarah, the office manager, to let me know she was still working on it. A week later I called and left them a message. A week later I called and left another message. This repeated for 6 times until I finally went in. The receptionist told me that Sarah wasn't there and asked if she could take message. I asked her if she thought it would be returned since the first 6 were ignored.
Sarah called me back and apologized for me thinking that she was avoiding me (it is now December of 2017) and she would look into this. She called me back later to let me know that the people at Regional said they do not price match and basically gave me the "sucks to be you" answer.
My Health Clinic is proof of what happens when medical providers quit caring about people and sell their souls to big corporations!

Terrible experience. Poor customer service at front desk. I went there as a walk in and was asked to explain very personal information as to why I was there in front of other customers. They told me the wait was 10 minutes to be seen. After an hour went by I asked them if it would be much longer and if so I would rather just make an appointment as I was very sick. They told me I was next and would be taken back in a few minutes. About 20 more minutes I was called back, vital signs taken and then I was left in the room. After 35 minutes in the room without seeing anyone, I walked out. No one seemed to care one bit about me or how long I was there. I understand staff cannot predict exactly how long wait time will be and that providers get behind due to unforeseen circumstances, but communication is the key. Also, friendly, supportive front desk staff would go a long way as well as an offer to make an appointment for walk-ins if the wait time is too long. I would have gladly come back had that been offered. Instead, I will not ever go back and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

Both my daughter and myself have been seeing Jyl Green ANP for our primary medical care for over 10 years. (I actually have followed her through 3 different location changes and drive into Anchorage from Eagle River to maintain her as my provider.) I have found Jyl to be a consistently competent and caring health care provider, and very current on recent medical updates. I have also found the staff efficient and friendly. I do not recall ever waiting more than 10 minutes when having an appointment scheduled, and I appreciate the fact that she spends the time in appointments to answer all my questions and concerns. I never leave feeling rushed through an appointment like I had in other clinics in Anchorage. I would highly recommend this practice.

This is the WORST medical practice in Anchorage. I strongly urge anyone and everyone to avoid this office! They sent multiple medical bills (from many months past) issued for the same amount. These bills were sent even after the balance was paid and cleared. When I called and asked about the remaining balance that should have been cleared they gave me a 1-800.. number to call. The ladies I spoke with over the phone were both very disrespectful and rude. They are a scam. Save yourselves the financial hassle and choose a better practice!
