Today was a disappointing experience. I love this greenhouse. I spend a lot of money here. If it is spring annuals. Succulents for my daughter, a last minute bouquet. Today I walked in prepared to spend on the beautiful mum's. Requested a single rose boutineer. They were too busy to accommodate me. Needless to say I left upset by the staff treatment. That was chatting & not making arrangements. Thanks though. The flower shop around the corner took the five minutes to make a single rose boutineer & sold me a beautiful succulent suprise for my daughter. I won't be back.

This place is beautiful and has great selection, but wow are some things overpriced. A lot of things, actually. I've only utilized the greenhouse portion of it, though, so I can't speak to the florist section. People in my family speak highly of the florists and of their gift selection, so if you're on the southside and pinched for time, this might be a good place to pick up a birthday, Mother's Day, anniversary, etc. present! By way of plants, I could see myself going here for succulents or for basic garden necessities that I need in hurry, as it's near my house, but unfortunately prices deter me in other instances.

I called two days before Valentine's day to get something delivered. We have never really been a "traditional" couple, so I was looking for something cool to follow up the cactus I sent last year. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. I threw out a couple ideas and asked what they had available, she suggested the Orchid plants after I said I was not a huge fan of cut flowers. When my fiance got the plant, he said it was AMAZING. It has an insane amount of buds on it so it should be wonderful for a long time coming. The ladies in his office were even jealous! Price was not too bad and I am even happier after getting to see a picture of the plant. Wonderful service, great product and I will for sure buy from them again!
