Petra Flowers

Delivery was great, on time, and easy to order. Flowers were not great. Some did not open up and roses browned quickly. Not as large as thought they would be.

Awesome experience. They went out of their way to make the deliver on a day that they were closed for the holiday. Recipient was very excited to have received such a beautiful arrangement for her birthdate. Best part of that is that recipient has been my mother in law for the past 26 years. Thank you Petra Flowers for making it happen.

Very easy to order online. My parents were thrilled with what they received for their 64th wedding anniversary (Isle of White Bouquet with a box of chocolates). The bouquet looked as it was pictured (which often isn't the case), and a follow up call in regards to the order was handled right away. Exceptional customer service. I grew up in Lansing and now live out of state. I would prefer that our money go towards supporting a local business than to order via an 800 number or nationally advertised brand. We will order again with Petra Flowers in the future!

I ordered this for my girlfriend's birthday. I was a little upset that it did not show up to her work until near 5pm. She was out at 2pm. They should really have time slots. I was more upset that this arrangement was very orange and yellow. Not pink. Also where is the balloon? I.ordered 1 week prior. What happened? This seemed like mistakes that were due to rushing. Just disappointed . How do you fix this?

The Mother's Day flowers were not in the butterfly box with cover as shown on the website, was wanting the box, but got a mug cup thing, the flowers were not upgraded to supreme that was paid for, and if that was supreme..well, they were wilted and already half dead! Got them delivered at my work at 5pm? Nor very happy with the service at all:(
