Wild Strawberry and More

We ordered a delivery. The bouquet looked nothing like on the picture, it had way less flowers, than it should have and we paid for, and it was a lot smaller. That is very sad that this company thinks that if this is a delivery then the one who ordered will not see the outcome. Do not recommend this shop for a delivery.

UPS apparently left MY package at this place for "convenient" pickup. I work all day, and this place is only open until 5:30. It's closed on Sundays, and only open until 1pm on saturdays. Because I work for a living, I was unable to retrieve MY package from this random business due to limited hours, and it was returned to sender! Thank you Wild Strawberry, I have no idea what your business actually does, but your idiotic UPS arrangement and crappy hours just cost me my package, and just cost you as many potential customers as I can reach with this review. It's 2017, what kind of retail business is closed on the weekends?

Very annoying that they use UPS as a tool to bring "customers" into their store. There's an arrangement where UPS uses this business as a place to drop packages they don't want to leave on your porch. It's a pain to go here, it's only open until 5:30pm, and there is no parking. On top of that, every time I have to go there, I have to wait for a lady to come out from the back, and then receive a "business card" coupon along with a sales pitch about buying flowers. All I want is my package! Feels like a forced sales pitch and promotion of a business I have no intentions of visiting. Real slick...

Annoying I have to go here​ to pickup UPS because the UPS man didn't wait a minute for someone to come to the door to sign for a package. There is limited parking and often you have to wait for someone to appear from the back room.
