Edible Arrangements

I am not impressed. I ordered the Delicious Daisy bouquet large with dipped strawberries. I am so embarrassed. Over $63 and it was paltry, and hardly had any fruit. I am embarrassed that this family got this from me. I tried to call the company and was on the phone for 28 minutes on hold listening to their out-of-date recording about Christmas and New Year bouquets. It is mid-February. This company will hear from me in person because this isn't right. Update - called the company. They admitted they accidently sent a small when I ordered a large. They are sending a large over today for the recipients. The store was very kind and I appreciate them making it right. They will get my repeat business. I so appreciate when a company does right.

I thought the basket was large, and the food was delicious. However, both of the orders I've placed in the last 6 months did not have some of the items that were listed to be in it. So, in my experience, 100% of the time your order is going to be wrong.

You don't get what you ordered, or all of what you ordered, very poor customer service, guess we won't use them again.
