Everyone here has always been polite over the year that I've been shopping here. But today I met a young man (Jonathan) that was bringing in the shopping cart. Talk about an outgoing and upbeat personality! He was smiling and chatting with every person that walked by. He spent a couple minutes making my toddler smile and I really appreciate that :)

This Sam's club is great! Always good service, tasty sample, and usually short lines. Come here all the time for supplies for my business.

It was my first time visit, I guess I did save ...It is nice to be able to go there to purchase lage quantity for less amt.

This Store is terrible at customer service, I call them 3 time the first time she asked me "hold please", after 10 mins she didn't come back with my phone call. The second time i asked my question about gift card she told " please wait few mins" she hang off on me. The third time I call back she doesn't say anything and hang off again. I think they don't want do business  . That's why they hire people like that.

As is the norm at Sam's or Wal-Mart, poor service, dirty store and the employees don't care about the customer. Happy there is a Cosco in Lansing now.
