I have to be able to actually feel the various aspects of a bed to know if it works for me. So being able to physically check out the mattress or mattress box spring or platform is important for me. Not only could I try the beds but I could get other accessories to fit my needs as well. Brian was very helpful in sorting through the options available to get just the right bed for me.
Thank you Kim for EXCEPTIONAL service! Arrived to find exactly the mattress we wanted for our Airstream trailer, priced well and available to take with us right that moment. With enough other choices of range of pricing and quality we were able to feel confident we'd made the best choice to our preferences. We did visit other stores too, many advertising better "deals" but our last mattress lasted 13 years. We weren't in the market for a deal, or a cheap mattress, we were looking for the basis of good night's sleep priceless and hopefully for many years to come... HIGHLY recommend shopping here, and if you find Kim you're in great hands.
Warm and friendly. Helpful, without being pushy. Bryan C. my "sleep master" was just lovely and SO knowledgeable. He helped me pick the best bed for my needs, from frame to topper. All the while, being very considerate of my budget. Delivery went off without a hitch, and they even took my old pieces away. Time will tell, but the "icing on the cake" of this purchase is, how beautifuly comfortable my bed is. Seriously, I sleep like a baby, with no conscience. Why didn't I do this sooner?!
I purchased the temperpedic bed, turns out I'm an Orange lol. But needless to say, without a script, I could do a commercial for this company! Best sleep I've ever had! I don't move and it's a void till my alarm goes off! I won't be going back to a regular coil again!
I had the very fortunate pleasure of having Kim Holmes as my sales representative at the Peterborough location and she was very professional and really knew the products well. Thanks to Kim she suggested a certain bed for me and I have never had a bad night sleep since. The Lady who sold me my mattress was amazing and I was impressed with the deals and service. When I called earlier this week to pay for my box spring I was given all the delivery details and told I would get a call Saturday morning, however when delivery day came I never received a called...I called the store and they were very unhelpful telling me my mattress was on the truck and I should receive a call soon. 11:30 rolls around and I decide to call their head office and ask about it and they tell it's for next week! Why would the employee on the phone tell me my mattress is on the truck when it's not? Not impressed. Wasted a whole day because someone was to lazy to look up my account and actually see what's going on.
The sales person was very welcoming and attentive to my request for a Bloom memory foam sleep topper. He arranged for prompt delivery of my purchase.
Absolutely AMAZING ! Needed xl Sheets for an Automatic Twin Bed. I called ahead and they actually had Three different sets to choose from. All excellent Quality and Price. 3 Great Staff People.
WE Purchased a Purple Mattress and Pillow, Split King! Have NEVER Slept BETTER! Had already purchased the base 5 years ago! Love it and we both Send A Huge Thank you to Sandy from Peterborough!! Cheers
