TSC Stores

I hate visiting...because I always buy more than planned. I only have one complaint, which could be fixed by the head office allowing the store to do inventory. Feed items are not consistent enough to warrant starting my dogs/horses on, only to have to switch because the head office didn't take note of stock levels.

If I could give 0 stars i would, instead they get 1 star and ZERO FACKS! Have been in several times for products and their stock levels are wrong most of the time, no product in stock. Complacent non-caring employees. TSC was the same. Karen from Corp customer service is a joke, she told me to order online. SMH I could get into SEVERAL instances where customer service is a joke, nonexistent.

Purchased a dog kennel today. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the cashier to the ladies outback helping me load it on. Great job ladies!!!

Fantastic price and my order was ready and they loaded it on the fork lift to my surprise and pushed the heavy car ports in. Great teamwork n pricing, awesome

Still how I remember it. They were pulling out the kid's toys and it was awesome. Love troting my dog in there too.

It's awesome and friendly staff, always have something new and interesting to see I highly recommend it! They have awesome clothes and I got some great jeans for myself

Good store with good customer service. Only issue is it's just a bit disorganized

Very well organized and clean store. Usually only 1 cash till open can be slow if busy.

I was shopping there this past Sunday morning. I made my purchase and was exiting the store. There was a gentleman driving the forklift right at the front entrance without a spotter he was definitely not taking his time or check into surrounding properly because if I did not yell at him I likely would have been run over as he was backing up. I think what bothered me the most was how nonchalant he was about the situation he could have killed somebody. That there have been somebody coming across to enter the store they would not have had a chance. I would definitely think twice before shopping there again. I should add the girl at the checkout was very helpful and friendly

It was excellent this time but they didn't have all the things the shredded straw I needed and I needed 2 Rat Zappers which is on sale i only got 1 but I'm happy with the 1 but I substituted it with the wood shavings I needed for my chickens. I'm happy with the things i got
