The Home Depot

I ordered from Home Depot Canadaonline website 3 packages of wall tile for my kitchen. They were well packaged when I picked them up yet one package was completely smashed. This must’ve happened at the warehouse. I knew Home Depot would not be able to re sell them so the contractor used a couple pieces from the box and cut them smaller for smaller area’s to avoid the broken spots. 3 of 12 tiles in the box because we didn’t have 3 days to wait for more to come in wasn’t paying my contractor to wait around when this was Home Depots fault. I finally called Home Depot and they said because I used a couple they couldn’t take them back because then they couldn’t restock them. YOU COULDN’T ANYWAYS.nI definitely expected more from Home Depot so I think this is the last time I’ll order from their website unless this is resolved.

Staff are so helpful and really go above and beyond to help us to our satisfaction. The tool rental dudes unfortunately forgot their names showed us how to use the equipment that we were renting. They even stayed a little bit after closing so we can return it that day. Such exceptional customer service here. Best Home Depot I've been to so far.

I’m a new homeowner and in way over my head. I don’t have a lot of $ to spend on repairs and upkeep right now so I’ve resorted to doing a lot myself. Today I had the most wonderful experience at this location because of Stephen in Lumber who went above and beyond regular duties to help me. Absolutely stellar guy. Personable, helpful, and because of him I can finish this big project myself TODAY! I am so grateful. Thank you Steve! I also wanted to say the other employees I came into contact with were also very friendly! The hiring manager did well! We will make the drive from Dunsford for this location. Thanks very much!!!

Buyer beware! Our cabinet purchase turned into a nightmare. We were assured of top-quality cabinets, but what we received was far from it. The cabinets were installed with chips, loose banding, and bubbled edges. When we reached out to Home Depot for help, they passed us off to another department and refused to assist further. We were told that they only warranty doors, not the other issues we were facing. This lack of support has left us extremely dissatisfied. Home Depot, you need to DO BETTER! Stand behind the products you sell and SUPPORT your customers!

Usually my visits to Home Depot are good, however, on my most recent visit, my wife and I were looking at potentially purchasing a new refrigerator. All of the employees in the appliances department and adjacent departments, were just sitting at their desks, trying to look busy doing paperwork. We are usually greeted with a sales rep to be able to ask questions about a product, but not today!nnNo sale for Home Depot today! Maybe another time.
