I was scheduled to get fixed my teeth pain since doctor on my last visit told me that I may need to go through root canal but she will discuss that on my next visit yet unfortunately there was some misunderstanding on my side about my schedule so i was late for my appointment...I apologized to them but to my shock everyone was rushing due to their another appointment ...Doctor didn't feel necessary to explain why we are doing root canal..didn't show me x-rays and not just that didn't even explain what material she is going to use for filling...I was confused and scared but i thought she might explain through process of root-canal that didn't happen either so i had to believe that may be this is how Canadian doctor treat their patient means unless until patient doesn't ask who cares what he feels or think.....May be she is an intelligent and smart doctor and i am nobody to judge her expertness and may be she knows how to fix teeth but i believe first thing you expect from doctor is Hope that doctor is a healer and she is going to cure my pain that means i should feel safe in which case doctor not just terrible failed but made me feel like i am not important enough for them to explain and ask me my choice....They were rushing because they were losing their money....if doctor can not full-fill first essential requirement of their profession what's the point of visiting such doctor....!!! I just wish her well and hope someday she will realize how much people respect and trust their profession because they are the one who cure your physical pain and give you hope that everything is gonna be fine...we got you..:)

Dr.Leila Ebrahimpoor Absolutely the best dentist service very knowledgeable friendly and beautiful person. If you want a woman dentist that is willing to listen and take the time she is one of the best in Ottawa. Thank you for fixing my bite issue 15 minutes in the chair and knew what to do. Brilliant woman!!! I also want to ad the fantastic assistant hygienist very friendly and great to deal with Every one was smiling and so happy:))) GOOD ENERGY I also want to ad the receptionist accommodating and helpful in getting me booked and making me feel very welcome. 110% top service / clean environment hygiene wise/ efficient.

I went to this dentist last year for a check up, I got x rays done and a cleaning. I was told that I have cavities that needed to be fixed.I made appointments ahead of time and didn't receive the e mails for reminders and totally forgot about the appointments. A year later I started getting pain in my back right molar and thought it was the cavity that I was told about. When I called the reception told me I was banned and should come and pick up my x rays. I said that I didn't realize I missed appointments only to find out they were indeed in my spam file on E mail. We sorted it out and I was in to get my cavity fixed. I was out in a chair for a cleaning which I needed so I didn't mind. After the cleaning the dentist came in to check my teeth. She looked at them and informed me I may possibly need a root canal. That I have a big chip in the back that needs to be fixed. I was shocked! A root canal? I have had one before and there is no way it was at root canal pain. I heard insurance about 4 times during a half hour visit. I requested that an x ray be done on back molar the one that was bugging me and they agreed.Then I was told to go to the front of the reception desk. I asked what my x ray showed and they said that reception will take care of me. I then asked about my sore tooth and they said that she can not fix it as she is sick and has a doctors appointment. That was fine. I asked again what my x ray showed and was told again that I have a cavity. I was not shown the x ray. I made an appointment to get it fixed. I was informed that I have 6 cavities in total and the one on my left side is the biggest. That my old filling needs to be replaced and most likely a root canal. I got a bad feeling and found another dentist that I felt was a better fit for me. I got my x rays transferred to the office. I told my new dentist that I have 6 cavities and possibly a root canal that needed to be done. We waited a bit for the X-rays to be sent and when they were finally sent, we could see on the screen there was not one cavity showing up on x rays. I then requested another one done, again no cavity was shown on x ray. I was so insistent that the new dentist almost got frustrated with me and said look, I will visually check to make sure the x ray is not missing something. He checked and said I can't say this to all but your teeth are perfect and the pain is due to sensitivity. The only thing he can say is my old filling will need to be replaced. I was shocked! I couldn't believe what I was being told by my new dentist. I think they were all taken back by this. If I hadn't got a second opinion I would have had more fillings and possibly a root canal done for nothing. All in the name of good insurance. I suggest that the clients of this establishment gets a second opinion if it doesn't sound right. This establishment is crooked. They thrive off of insurance. Never again will I just trust because of these people. I will always go for a second opinion. I thank God I followed my intuition.

Friendly and professional staff. I used to avoid dentists and cleanings but I schedule my cleanings and fillings without worry here. They have been more than accomadating with me and treat my teeth and gums gently and respectfully. As an additional bonus, they answer the myriad of questions I lob at them each time. 10/10, highly recommended.

Always have had excellent service at Skyline Dental Associates. From cleaning to repairs the service has always been top drawer. I had a tooth on the upper left that was always being ground by it's mate on the lower left. A few repair campaigns were carried out over the years as it developed tiny cracks. Eventually I needed a root canal and was fitted for a crown. I was pleasantly surprised when the crown was fitted and it no longer met the other tooth when biting. Kudos for a job well done!
