Associated Dental Care

I've been going here for years mostly because of the flexible hours. It's a large practice which means they can offer evening and weekend appointments and emergency visits. They do their best to give you care options that work with your budget and are always friendly and accommodating. Hygenist Sylvie P is fantastic. She is genuinely caring and has a gentle hand.

I had an appointment in October because I was experiencing tooth pain. After several radiographs, the dentist decided that I needed a root canal in one tooth, work on another tooth, and that one of the two possibly needed to be extracted if I waited too long to treat it. I was given an estimate of 1400$, which I could not afford so I decided to wait and see my dentist in Lebanon. My Lebanese dentist took radiographs himself, and he concluded that there is actually nothing wrong with my tooth. My problem was caused by bruxism, and a root canal would have been an overtreatment. A minor correction later and I no longer have any pain. I am concerned because I’m wondering if this was a mistake due to bad radiography, incompetence, or just a way to make more money. However, even though I was disappointed with the misdiagnosis, my dental hygenist was really nice and the staff was overall courteous and pleasant to work with.

The staff at Associated Dental Care are exceptional. I called with an dental emergency and they fit me in immediately. The reception staff were incredibly sympathetic to my needs. Dr. Zapolski took the time to explain the procedure and answer my questions, and was patient with me throughout the appointment. The staff were helpful, knowledgable, and eased my anxiety about a stressful situation. I couldn't have asked for better team!
