Carlingwood Dental Centre

Very inefficient and rude service. My husband turned up for his appointment to be told that it was cancelled, although he had emailed confirming that he would keep his appointment. An attempt to blame the client is never a good thing in customer service. I don't know how else to describe this type of service other than inefficient and rude.

This a horrible business they are rude ,disrespectful and they do not take people because of their income status. I don’t recommend people to waste time their time calling Carling wood dentist s.🕕They do not take happy smile because they aren’t happy. I regret calling them

Every experience I've had here has been amazing! Every staff member I encountered was exceptionally kind, especially with my three children, ranging in ages from 3 to 10. We've seen a few dentists, assistants, and hygienists, and every single one made my children feel safe by explaining what was going on, in terms they could actually understand. My children are NOT afraid of the dentist and actually look forward to future visits. My eldest felt a bit shakey after having a cavity filled, the dentist and assistant both checked on him in the waiting room. Even going so far as to offering a place for him to lay down. They stayed until he was feeling well again. This kind of compassion will always win a mom over! Thank you! Direct billing is also a HUGE plus. Can not recommend enough!!

First time there and they were amazing, especially my dentist Dr. Gubernat! She was very personable and professional, on top of that she’s hilarious. I would recommend them in a heart beat if you’re looking for a new dentist.
