Phenomenal wedding venue - attentive, friendly and courteous staff, impeccable decor, five star food made by a talented and creative chef - plus breathtaking views. We can't imagine a more special place to have gotten married. All our guests were blown away by the calibre of Sky Bistro as our venue. We will be back on our first anniversary to relive the magic! Thanks so much to the Sky Bistro and Brewster staff who helped make our celebration everything we dreamed of. 27.09.17.

We waited fifteen minutes after being seated just to be greeted by our server. We asked if it was possible to be reseated as I had the sun in my face. She said it was fine but once we moved another employee rudely interrupted us and the server. She reminded the server that they have a policy not to reseat customers. We found this incredibly unprofessional and left. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

Wait for a table by the window. Even if one opens up they won’t let you move there. What they will let you do is watch other people be seated and severed before you. Also the butternut squash soup tastes like they ran out of spices while making it. The view is stunning.

Worst mistake of our trip was stopping to eat here. Sure, the view was amazing, but that was the only thing that saved this train wreck. It took over 2 hours to receive our food which was room temperature. The server told us that the kitchen was having a hard time keeping up, but the place had maybe 20 tables in it the entire time we were in there. Food looked great and would probably have been amazing had it been hot. A lady at the table next to us received her soup without a spoon and had to sit and wait for her server to show up again so that she could eat, in which time I sure her food would have been cold. We ate our food quickly so that we could make the last gondola ride down and then, starving, we headed over to The Maple Leaf (highly recommended).
Take the gondola ride, it was great and the view was beautiful, but avoid this place at all costs!

This was by far the worst service I have ever had in my life. It took over twenty minutes to get our drinks and it took an hour and a half before our main course came out. The waitress was absent most of the meal and was not that apologetic. We had purchased the sky experience otherwise we would have left early. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
