Rundle Lounge at the Fairmont Banff Springs

Service is good but food is average at best. Not worthy of the Fairmont name.

We had a another great meal at the Fairmont hotel. Food and service was excellent on the balcony. The Mediterranean menu was tasty. Eggplant and meatball appetizer was a highlight.

I had afternoon tea with my sister and good friend this past Sunday at the Rundle Lounge. We were completely impressed. The views from the tea room are stunning and the staff are highly attentive and kind. Both guests that were with me have serious allergy issues, and these were handled so professionally by the kitchen and servers that we left saying how nice it was to feel like we didn't have to worry at all about whether the food would be safe. The tea was lovely, the set-up was very sweet and the food was all fantastic. We will be back.

Nice place with great views of the valley. We didn't eat this time but had a couple after dinner drinks. Have no complaints other than outdoor patio could stay open a little later.
