We had a fantastic meal here. It was difficult to fault anything. Typical German fare and delicious. Not cheap but you're at the Fairmont haha what do you expect.

Wonderful Service and Amazing Food... A perfect pairing that creates an exquisite experience. A beautiful view from every seat enhances the restaurant's already awesome ambiance.

The food was divine. Gastropub, European, Oh CANADA! Call it what you want, I call it divine. Having worked in the food industry, I get it. Its a tough gig. These folks and GM Michael, are exceptional. You feel at home, they ALL go above and beyond. Best place I went to while in the west. Thank You!

Love the european feel of this little cottage in the woods. The Waldaus wings in the pub are the best I've ever had. The fondue upstairs is lovely.
