McDonald's

I Don't like being lied to. I order my coffee if you know me with 6 cremes ( so I can drink it without it scalding me. Thus I order for four people and my order arrives bit by bit, Take orders on two trays to table with wife's help. Sit down and look at my cup with a "6c" on the lid.... Pick up cup, place cup back in table " this is not six creams" open lid... Black coffee. Return to counter with cup and lid, first staff member very helpful takes my cup sets it aside apologizes for mixup starts to pour me another, manager seeing interaction runs (literally) over grabs my coffee cup and says in a scolding tone to me, " is this your cup?" Me: yes Manager: >>WHY

Good service and good food. The price of food really reminds one to be careful not to get carried away spending while in Banff.

Love the new kiosk , nice big enough sitting area. High chairs, busy all the time 24/7. Nice customer service experience. Visited almost every day. Mostly it's a busy place but always seen the best customer service and fast service whenever manager shanny is serving the clients employees like that should be appreciated. Doesn't mind to wait for few minutes when having a great customer service. Improved alot by McDonald's such as interior and kiosk. Expecting little bit more fast service on weekdays early morning when most of the time I just go for grabbing a quick coffee.

I love the staff. They're extremely busy here during the day and they get the bar rush after the supper rush. Somehow they keep this place very clean. Other restaurants should learn from this example!

This place is nasty. The foot traffic through the place is unreal so I know it's hard to keep up but for a McDonald's it was dirty dirty. The basement bathroom floors were soaked, muddy and full of paper. It hasn't rained so what is this? If you put a sign up stating pride of cleanliness of bathrooms please clean them more than once a day. The faces of people coming out told me what I already knew but nature calls. I wish I hadn't of answered here.
