Everything about Skappo is amazing. The atmosphere is romantic. The food is delicious and the staff makes you feel like family. The portions are pretty big. The antipasto is a good portion and a bowl of pasta can absolutely feed 2 people. 5 stars all the way! Go. Enough said. Phenomenal. highly recommend

Delicious! Highly recommend. The carbonara was peppery and delicious and the bolognese was very hearty and full of flavor. Figs and ricotta appetizers were delicious

The food is fresh and really good. Simple dishes, but full of taste. This is a family run restaurant where family members cook, serve, chat with you and perform. Yes, perform. As tables move from main courses to delicious, in house made desserts, one of the family members comes out of the kitchen with a guitar and starts singing.

I just have to make mention of the unbelievable talent tonight at Skappo's. Mark sang two beautiful songs while playing the guitar! This was totally unexpected and added a memorable moment to a lovely evening. I prefer the standing menu by far but loved the meringuestoo small which ended our meal.

I love the food here. If you are looking for real italian food this is the place. the wine selection is out of this world.
