We had only a moment before our train was leaving but we rolled the dice. No joke, we had twice slices and a beer in our hand in under 60 seconds. These folks know how to move a line. So if you don’t like being told to “hurry up” by the cashier, then keep walking dork, this spot is for serious pizza lovers only.
The family that owns this one are always great to us my son is disabled and has cancer we go there very often on our way back and forth from the hospital and they always go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable
I bought a slice out of desperation. They didn't have white pizza, so I asked for a cheese pizza. The cashier yelled cheese after I just told him my order right in front of him. He was busy arguing with the manager right at the register. Very dismissive, not friendly. The pizza was mediocre.
There is no such thing as a bad Sbarro. How dare anyone leave a rating less than 5.
Excellent place to kill the hours while waiting on your train or bus it's located in the lower level of New Haven's Union Station. Better than average pizza, and a good selection of beer, including at least one local brew on tap. I had a very enjoyable afternoon here.
Convenient and good pizza, but make no mistake, dont come here looking for a true new haven slice.
Nice people decent pizza.
Food is great, but the manager is always in a hurry to get you to leave. Saw him throw the pizza in the oven like it owed him child support.
