A membership co-op, though one doesn't have to be a member to shop here -- unlike Costco :-) Offers delicious fresh produce, high quality protein from the beautiful Skagit Valley area, including an assortment of products for special diets (gluten-free, vegan, paleo), beers and wines. Nice and unique array of kitchenware and gift items (cute gifts for babies!). Bulk foods section with freshly stocked grains, locally roasted whole bean coffee (grinder available). Some locally baked breads and sweets are available. Offers organic seeds (even heirloom varieties) and starter plants for home gardens. Salad/soup bar also has a main entree dish each day with choice of two or more sides (rice, potatoes, cooked vegetable). Its small, doesn't have a big variety of options for special food plans and sells out of many items after lunch and dinner crowd. The second floor has a small but comfortable dining area. Most employees are friendly and eager to offer assistance with questions. Worth checking out.

If I could give a higher star I would I love going in there I know that I'm getting good quality local food at a very good price. I love the banana card for my kids they can be snacking on something while we're shopping so they're not trying to buy a bunch of stuff that we don't need. I love the fact that they have a section for gluten-free cookies in their Bakery section and they're really good. The guys in the meat department are awesome we have had them special cut roasts for us for Christmas and New Year's and Easter and they're always so willing to do that I've called and asked questions and they are very knowledgeable about their products. What some people don't know is they have a Mercantile upstairs where you can find all different kinds of really cool things I go up there and I kind of get lost in all the cool stuff. I do a lot of essential oils and they have little glass containers that are great for traveling so I don't have to take my big bottle with me.

Great place to pick up natural foods. Great bulk section and a deli with plenty of selection. Wellness Dept has a wide array of product and friendly staff who are eager to help. The produce Dept. Is a gem, with the largest local organic selection in all of Skagit county. Everything in the produce Dept is rotated frequently and you can tell by the quality of product on the shelf. The meat Dept is small but has everything you need for grilling and very helpful staff who will answer any questions you may have. Overall this store is a one of a kind place in Skagit county. There isn't a place like this anywhere unless you drive to Seattle.

Best pie in the Skagit Valley! Coffee is great, too. Lots of healthy local products, very good selection of bulk foods and fresh-baked goods. Also have a beauty/wellness section. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable, and you can ask them lots of questions. They serve lunch from a little hot-food/salad bar and have outdoor seating, too, which is very cute.

Skagit coop is one of my favorite coops in the state. Many would agree with me as I frequent coops often. They have a huge selection and a great area to eat. They also have some of the friendliest staff. I love this coop.
