Very nice, brand new, motorcycle shop, on a large lot. Built about 1 year ago this shop has a large variety of off road vehicles, a few street motorcycles, and E-Bikes, too ! They also display and sell snowmobiles around Winter. A large maintenance shop, and friendly customer service.
I had them install electric start on my wife’s sled, got it home and the reverse wouldn’t work. Taylor the technician came to my house after hours and fixed it. Awesome service like that is hard to find these days.
Everything was great. Cole was wonderful to work with, I just wish I could have visited with the owner while the paperwork was being done. The bike was fabulous and they made everything smooth and easy to start my ride for the day! Thank you for a job well done.
I bought my first RZR from these guys last year. It was a used unit, and unfortunately, the engine needed replaced due to an internal failure two weeks later. Not their fault in any way, just luck of the draw with a used machine. Not only did Polaris themselves step up and help, but Dan and the service team helped me out in a big way as well by replacing the engine for me and making it right. This was on top of them throwing in extras at the time of purchase as well as repairing things I noticed before the purchase. Definitely one of the best sales experiences I've had, and the follow up with what I was originally fearing to be a nightmare turned into an easy solution. I've been running the machine hard for the past year now and it's been great! There are two other Polaris dealers less than 30 minutes from home, yet I end up going over an hour to these guys because they not only have what I need in stock when others don't, but they're great to deal with. Definitely check them out!
We went there to made a possible purchase of a Side by side... not one person come up to help. 3 employees behind the counter, just looked at us.. they were NOT busy by any means. Lady there with 2 kids creating lots of noise. Husband actually had to go up to the counter to inquire on the Side by side. No sale made.
After trying to buy a Polaris from many other Polaris dealers, and not getting called back, or even given the time of day I received an email from Dan the owner asking if there was anything he could do to help me out. I simply told him what I was looking for, and he made my purchase experience one of the best I’ve ever had!! I will be recommending Skagit Polaris to all my friends and family.
Excellent service good selection and very knowledgeable Skagit valley Polaris has become my one stop shop for all of my ATV parts and accessories. I have a few machines and only one of them is a Polaris, but, I still buy all my parts there because the service is great. Cole always goes out of his way to make sure I am taken care of and in a timely manner. I recommend everyone go in and check them out!!
I'm a Victory owner from out of the area but I make a point of stopping in every time I'm near Skagit Valley Polaris. Cole and Jason have both been very helpful and gone above and beyond for customer service on numerous occasions. I wish my local dealership was as awesome as these guys are. I've not had any service done, so I can't speak to that but for parts, accessories and apparel these guys go out of their way to be helpful and make me glad that I came in versus going to the internet.
After working back and forth with several other dealers across Washington State on a new RZR, I shot SVP an email. From initial contact, to after sale follow up, I could not have been more impressed. Cole went way above and beyond to make sure absolutely everything was taken care of, and that type of service is something you just don't get anymore. You guy's have a customer for life, and I won't hesitate to recommend you everyone. Thank you again for everything!
I was looking for bike and called in and talked to Cole. He was super knowledgeable about all the questions I had. I told him I had a very tight schedule and I would have a short window to pick up my 2017 Kawasaki z650. He told me to fill out an app online real quick and he'd let me know. He called me back immediately told me I was approved and that he would pre-print and get everything done so that when I showed up it would be real fast. I got dropped off after work and was out of there in 20 or so minutes. I really liked though that he still took a minute to run over all safety protocol with the bike. I have already referred 2 people to the shop since buying it a couple weeks ago. Cole and Jason have been over the top with their customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend calling if your interested in a quote on something or have any questions about toys you already have, these guys know their stuff there. I will be returning for mods to my bike and anything else I need. Smart crew, thanks guys!
