Story

Farm local, eat local, cook local and find your own personal Shambala with the Bakery & Bistro's robust, interesting, luscious and eclectic fare. We are a dedicated Gluten Free facility and our menu and baked goods are completely soy and peanut FREE with Vegan ingredients within our scratch menu! Organic locally farm-sourced egg and cheese vegetarian options are available, and we are earnest about avoiding cross contamination..

The bakery features Shambala’s hand crafted baked goods using their own locally milled GF (V) blends which feature what are called ancient grains: Organic Millet, Teff, Quinoa, Amaranth, Sorghum and Flax.

Favorite Place To Eat!

Absolutely delicious baked goods.  Their cupcakes are amazing.  I always build my own pizza and walk out with dessert.

Anyone will love it as it is truly delicious food but so refreshing to have a cafe that also caters to those with food allergies or special diets. 

The best vegan/health restaurant that I've ever had.

Shambala Bakery is amazing! Everything I have tried from here has been amazing. Their cupcakes, scones, cookies, bread, and several lunch entrees have all been delicious. In particular, my favorite lunch is the Sunshiner sandwich. The atmosphere inside is quaint and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. This place is a favorite in my office and we often get treats for the staff here. I am not gluten-free myself but I appreciate that all of their products taste just as good (and sometimes better!) than regular bread/wheat products. Also very affordable prices. All in all, an amazing place with a lot of great options.

This place is so cute and cozy! I came in during a slower time and staff was so nice, patient because I was having a hard time choosing amd just overall wonderful. They are brand new and amazing so check them out when you can!

I am gluten free and my sister and sister in law are both vegan. We love coming here when we are in town because we have never enjoyed breakfast, lunch, pastries and pizza as much as we enjoy shambala's creations! The were testing gluten free donuts the last time I was there and hope they continue to make them. I hadn't had a donut in 4 years and was so excited by this little pastry I bought 2. They are truly magicians, because everything tastes amazing!

So glad we didn't miss this place while searching for a bite to eat. Nearly all of their baked goods are vegan, and most of their menu is vegan, as well. They are also completely gluten free and meat free. Tried their shambala burger and cold golden milk -- they were both delicious! Got a cinnamon roll to go and that was incredible as well.
