The manager at this location, Kelly, is extremely helpful. She gives excellent customer service and is a huge part of why I would like to continue to use this storage company. She truly went above and beyond the call of duty to help out.

After moving to Chicago to attend graduate school, I realized I did not want to bring my Jeep Compass and my parents did not want to store it at their house. I found Simply Self Storage online and the entire process from my inquiry to getting the jeep stored on their lot was amazing. Kelly was so friendly and so helpful. Thank you!

I was services by Stacey today and I had an amazing experience with her! She's very personable and funny enough to be a comedian. The unit is very spacious (not to mention clean and secured!) at a great price compared to other storage units nearby. Definitely will be coming back!!
