Terrible! Beware! Racist company! Money hungry company! This company do not honor their contracts! Stupid arrogant staff called the police, for no given reason! Called the police on a loyal paying customer, of many years! This company deserves a negative star!!!!!

Only needed a storage unit for a month between leases, super easy move-in and move-out and very courteous staff. Would definitely use again!

I used this facility for an year. I paid 70 dollars every time. But when I moved out a day late the guy in the phone blamed me for being foolish and then told me as if its criminal that I could think that he will not charge for the next month. I just wanted a I'm sorry for you but you must pay instead of you are stupid so you pay. He was worst of phone calls I ever had.

I have rented a storage space from this location for several years. Property is clean and secure. This property has a live-on -the-premises manager, named Eric, who adds to the security and service level of our storage site. overall this is the best non-heated storage option in the area. Jack

Marge-Nov. 16, 2011 The SafeLock Self Storage on Airey Ct is just what we needed. The right size, clean, safe, convenient and the right price. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. So glad we found you. I would definitely recommend SafeLock Self Storage.
