Five Star Store It - Lohr

I've been here for 5 years. Recently there was an increase in price and they sent out several notices. After reading the first one, as soon as I opened them and saw that they were informing me of an increase in rent I discarded. It turns out they increased my rent twice in a period of two or three months!!! When I called to ask they reverse the second increase, I was told I would have needed to call before the rate increase went into effect for them to reverse. I protested, citing the fact that I've been a customer here for a long time and that two increases in such a short period is reasonable. I've now been waiting for the regional manager to call me for three weeks, and I've called the office at least 4 or 5 times asking for him to call me. The site manager seems like a nice guy, but this type of hostility towards customers from higher echelons of the corporate structure are very troubling, and was not a problem until this particular site changed ownership a couple years ago and their policies became more aggressive. I would recommend finding another storage option.

The staff at Five Star Store-It are top notch. They have been incredibly helpful to me on a number of occasions to ensure that I have easy access to my unit at any time and extremely helpful when I need to ship things in or out with a freight truck. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Long wait to speak with a clerk. The prices are very high.

Matt, the site manager is fabulous. He is professional and always goes out of his way to help with requests. We needed a last minute 20 foot rental truck. Matt called around to find us one. He provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this facility.

Third or fourth storage facility I've used. Prices is a little expensive. But the service is amazing. Stored here for almost a year and very happy with the cleanliness, accessibility, security, and friendliness. Would store here again.
