Experienced a heap of attitude from the brunette girl behind the counter. She was snotty with me and very negative. When I tried to explain to her where I bought the phone she snapped at me and said if I was talking down to her she would not serve me. I was not talking down to her merely trying to explain where I bought the phone. I have had better experiences at this business perhaps it was just that one employee having a bad day, but, in the end, I decided to take my business elsewhere because of her attitude and because she was attempting to charge me $25 for something Telus does for free.

An absolutely terrible experience the teller was a complete jerk and they treated me like garbage... worst cell store in town never coming back and encouraging others not to go either.
