Very happy with the service, door selection and quick manufacture of my custom order closet doors. Order process was easy and staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

Me and my wife was getting pricing at multiple locations we stumbled across Simcoe Door and Trim but had the best experience with Tammy I think her name is she was so friendly patient and knowledgeable! She took the time with me and my wife to show us samples and things they could order in, we found the experience so good  we made the order for the doors and trim we needed for our project and didn’t bother looking any further.  We will be back !

Kim and the warehouse staff are so great and very helpful!!!! We struggled quite a bit with the guy who did our take off and ordering. He was not very customer service oriented at all, but as soon as I called Kim at the showroom/warehouse things moved along and we got everything we were waiting on in 2 days!

Great service and friendly staff. I hunted online/big box stores for closet doors that were good quality and stylish for a front entry but no luck. I came to Simcoe and not only was the selection great, Simcoe actually had stock in the size and style I chose! I was amazed as online my choices were unavailable. Mark told me Simcoe had forseen the supply shortage and had deliberately stocked up realizing the supply chain was not working smoothly in the pandemic. The pricing was competitive too. I am a very happy customer who got great service from very knowledgable staff. Thank You!

We were quoted a 2-4 week turn around, It’s now been 9 weeks. Whenever you call, nobody has an answer and basically just shrugs you off. We were finally hoping to see a light at the end of the tunnel as of this week but again, not there and no update. If you have a house project that you need to have doors in place to finish, try somewhere else.

I would highly recommend Derrick, he completed the job, with great expertise. I am so happy with the job. Thank you so much!

Simcoe is the best trim shop in Barrie, excellent service up front and product always available.

Donna was super helpful.  Soon going to have my doors and trim .
