We purchased both a hot tub & Traeger Grill last June. Extremely happy with both products. Very pleased with the service and helpful staff. After 10 months the pump for the hot tub expired and with one call Georgian Hot Tubs was there the next day with a replacement pump. Thanks Georgian Hot Tubs.... Very easy to recommend.

We purchased our first hot tub from Georgian Hot Tubs, 6 years ago, when they were still selling the Jacuzzi Brand. They now sell thevHydropool brand. They are a helpful and friendly bunch. I think "wet testing " of hot tubs is essential before buying and the staff at Georgian were very accomodating. They even suggested coming after hours for privacy. We continue to get our chemicals and water testing done at Georgian despite the fact its a half hour away. They are very knowledgeable about spa water maintenance and have always been happy to trouble shoot problems over the years.

My girlfriend and I have always wanted a hot tub. Over a year of owning our first house, we finally decided to purchase one! Which we are glad we did. Originally we had our mind set on a hot tub at another location, however we are glad that we decided to check Georgian Hot tubs right before our major purchase. My girlfriend and I had gotten a great deal and even better customer service. However we did run into some issues on our delivery day, which was a little upsetting. A few minutes later Georgian Hot Tubs had solved the problem and got everything to our standards. We are glad to be a new member of Georgian Hot Tubs family!

Fair warning to those who use Traeger Grills products and buy smoker pellets from Georgian Hot Tubs in Barrie. We received poor customer satisfaction when we were there just after Christmas. My father and I went into Georgian Hot Tubs to cash in on his free bag of pellets. The employee at the time pulled up the customer manifest on their store computer and stated to my father that he was three bags short of getting his free bag. The store has a punch card system: you buy ten bags of smoker pellets and you get the last one free. She went on to state that in recent months the store has had a problem with bags of pellets being stolen, and not all store employees have been putting their signatures on the punch card. Also, the employee mentioned anyone can go to the dollar store and get a star puncher and punch their own punch card to receive the free bag of pellets. Because of the poor lack of courtesy and interpersonal skills from this worker we felt that we were being accused of ripping off the store. Feeling frustrated, we left the store without the bag. A week later, I spoke to the storeowner Hans. He mentioned that he was thinking of getting rid of the punch card system because so many bags were missing in the last few months. I asked why some store workers weren’t signing off on the punch card, and unfortunately he couldn’t give me a solid answer. He played it off that we were both at fault in this situation. In my opinion that wasn’t right. As a businessperson, he set up a punch card system that allowed himself to fail and get ripped off. He did not full out accuse us of trying to steal a bag; however, the insinuation was there. At this point for me, it wasn’t about the pellets. I just wanted a simple apology. I did receive an apology and two free bags of pellets for compensation. I still feel like this situation shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Therefore, as an avid recreational Traeger Griller I wouldn’t recommend going to this place of business because of my poor customer service experience. Perhaps Georgian Hot Tubs should just stick to selling hot tubs, not Traeger Grills Products.
