One of few fine dining restaurants in the Winona area. This restaurant over looks the golf course with great panoramic views. The selection of fresh baked breads is always a great bonus. The use of locally harvested herbs and vegetables allows the chef to create some great tasting dishes. The soups are always excellent and interesting. The menu choices are a bit limited, but the panfried walleye was very good as were the tender flavorful lamb chops. With such a good chef working in the back, an exceptional special is usually available. A slightly more innovative main menu would help though. Food quality was great overall. The blackberry sorbet was refreshing.

Working with the planner was an absolute pain. It's never great to feel ignored (waiting for phone and email responses for upwards of 3 weeks), ESPECIALLY when you're shelling out thousands of dollars and working with a timeline. Additionally, a few of our obviously sober guests (who are known to be sparse consumers) were cut off from the bar without explanation in an extremely condescending fashion. We understand the caution, but it was a major turn off for our guests. The wedding came together rather well, but it posed my wife and I some significant stress in the time leading up to the wedding date. If someone can offer a venue as beautiful as Signatures with a *competent* staff, there's a market to be seized in Winona. If you're just going for dinner, can't recommend it more - the food is amazing!

I love the creme brulee! I should have taken a pic at that time. Bit pricey but the food was fresh and they are very accommodating for those of us with celiacs.

Great cheesecurds (and raised price recently) but service quality has dropped lately. Had to wait 20 minutes to get drinks. Menu is becoming boring. Wish you could custom order something or a deviation from a main menu item.
