Green Mill Restaurant & Bar

The kids and I stay at the hotel a few times every year and always eat at Green Mill. I had a 5 star review until we came back yesterday. I ordered Garlic Lobster Chicken, and my son ordered just PLAIN noodles with butter. He's a very picky eater. I got my food, which you would assume includes some form of lobster, there was none. My son's "plain" noodles came, covered in oregano. Not a problem I would complain about for myself, but my son wouldn't touch them, had to send it back. Our waitress was great, but for the price, I expect the food to be correct. Spent $40 on breaded chicken, one drink, plain noodles, and Mac and cheese. Ouch

This place was awful!! I normally love green mill but the two pizzas that we ordered were not cooked at all, we peeled the dough apart on the crust, non of us ordered sea food but my sister had a seafood reaction to whatever it was that served us... they never came around and filled our drinks.... when we asked for one pizza to be comped from our bill due to all of this, the manager laughed and said “now we can’t give away free food!” HORRIBLE!!

I ordered a ranch guac burger and a pizza. and a slice of chz cake. ordered it online for take out. got there about 25 min. Later but I think they didn't even see my order come thru. I heard the server ask the cook about it but they got it ready quick enough. My problem is my hamburger was raw AF. I ordered no pink. as you can see it is raw. Epic fail. I was really looking fwd to having a good meal once, cause I'm a truck driver and I'm sick of fast food. spent $35 on this meal, and i guess I'm still out of luck. and the dude had forgot my cheesecake when he brought the food up to the counter. thanks for letting me down. 🖕

First off, we made reservations for the mothers day brunch buffet. They felt the need to tell us "we're a little limited on space" and proceeded to put us for away from the actual buffet. The food was over seasoned and tasted very poor. At least that was the case when there was actually food ON the buffet; most items were missing a majority of the time. The server was not attentive at all, rarely coming by with drink refills. She left a pitcher of water on the table, and couldn't even refill that when it was empty. At one point I asked her for a spoon for my yogurt, and after assuring me she would be right back with one, never came back. Several of the servers could be heard complaining about the customers within ear shot of the customers. To top it all off, the buffet was $21. So it's $21 for poor food and mediocre service. It's understandable that it was busy, but they should be prepared for such an influx of customers on a day like mothers day. This is NOT the experience I would expect from a Green Mill. I would have gotten better food and service at the Perkins down the road, and it would have been half the price. In conclusion, they lost 8 customers today who will not be coming back.

Literally just walked out of this restaurant after the most extremely rude encounter at a MN restaurant in my entire life. The hostess was rude and had an attitude over 1 small request because my grandma couldn't sit at a high top so we needed a low top and she threw our menus on the low top without a word before running off. Then a man who was apparently the hostess friend came out and verbally attacked me, my mother, and my grandma. We had to leave before our drinks made it to the table. I don't know if it was because we are a diverse family or if these people were just having a bad or are just angry in general. Either way I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable over dinner and I will absolutely never spend another dollar at any green mill location.
