HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Not one single wait staff or hostess knows how to multi-task. Example: after literally 20 minutes waiting: Hostess: "Are you ready to order?" Me: "Yes I am". Hostess: "Ok, let me grab my tab.". Waiters & waitresses put a menu away BEFORE they take any order. Why not take an order from a waiting customer BEFORE putting the menu away? A customer asked for water. Waiter went to get a single glass of water without acknowledging a single customer on the way there or back. No wonder wait staff feels overwhelmed when it's not very busy!!! Busy night....might as well plan to wait for a VERY LONG TIME just run get your order placed!

A favorite of my family. It would be 5 stars but... Each year we go through staff changes ( college kids leaving and summer help coming, then in the fall summer help leaves and we start back up with new help again. It all evens out, just gotta be patience we all started somewhere. Thank you. Devin Ellinghuysen

I have had the privilege of bringing my grandmother here for many years for her favorite treat of apple pie and coffee. Also, If we are on one of our "lunch dates", we will order from the several choices of soups, salads, or sandwiches. We like that the portion sizes are just right for us. The staff have always been friendly and prompt. It's a busy place, so we try to arrive just before the peak times to get "a booth with a view" as my grandmother calls sitting by the window.

Never have had a bad experience here except for earlier today, came in and the sign by the front door clearly said "get a small milk or juice for .99¢, get a large for $1.79!" Got the check and of course my large juice was $2.79. Lady up front just said, "people have been confused about that sign all day!!" She did not honor what the sign said, instead she quickly called someone else over to erase THAT part of the sign. They need to reread the signs before they display them to the public. Seriously, how hard is it? Or maybe fix it the first time after someone complains?

Order the fish and chips. Fly stuck to the side of my glass. Waiter left the glass there while he took the order instead of getting it out of site. Brought uncooked hash browns, was told that's how they cook them. Cook one side them the other side. Yes, but you cook both sides completely. The tartar sauce was s filmed over and almost brown. Didn't even dare touch the fish.
