Excellent service and phenomenal products.
Repeat customer and on both occasions I never felt pressured, and encouraged to shop around for better pricing. They offer a wide selection of mid to high tier product lines. I would definitely say it is worth a visit and judge for yourself.
Large selection of appliances well presented & staffed by a team of friendly professionals. Prices are fair & competitive. In my case Andrew Wilmot, a veteran of the industry, is my go to guy.
High end appliances with excellent service combined
Excellent service. Pascal Maluorni went above and beyond when the refrigerator that I purchased turned out to be defective from the moment it was plugged in. Would not shop anywhere else.
Terrible experience. Bought a Venmar range hood there and six months later, it is still not working. Bachand blaming manufacturer and not owning up for the product it retails. Sales clerk condescending to us and service technicians hapless e.g., showing up with the wrong parts - twice!. Stay away.
Do not spend your money here. Go elsewhere. Customer service from the manager himself, is a -10. This was not in store, but, when they made an error, and REFUSED to help. Unorganized and couldn't care less about your issue.
Good selection and friendly staff. Bought almost all my appliances from here
