Pure Water From A Functional Piece Of Art…I first saw the Ovopur at a tradeshow in NYC right when it came out and I knew I had to have one! Within a few months, I had it set up and the taste was better than any spring water I'd tasted. Not only is the shape beautiful and functional, it is a piece of art. As is the filter! I didn't realize how much I loved it until I was without it for ten months. It's moved three times in the near decade I've owned it and never had a crack. I had to replace the tap handle once but only because it came loose; it didn't break. Customer care, especially, Johanne, is amazing! I look forward to new designs that launch in the future. No water compares! Thank you AquaOvo!

Their water is delicious! I have rarely tasted water that good. Their customer service is also great. The plastic that contained the magnet broke and they replaced it right away. Added bonus: the design is fabulous !

Beautiful products that work with fantastic customer service. Always there, quick and easy. I’ve been a customer for 10 years, love the product, the water tastes great and it’s nice knowing there no chemicals or dead bodies. I really like the filter subscription, a filter arrives every 4 months which reminds me that it’s time to change out the old one. They did have a period when the customer service was not so hot, it was hard to get in touch with them, but they seem to have cleared that all up now. With the quality of the filters and the now improved customer service they won’t be losing my business anytime soon.

This is a good product, however I would suggest you verify your product in the store before bringing it home. We bought ours in April 2018. Upon removing all wrapping, we noticed that the upper container had a hole in the ceramic, as if an air pocket had been present before the heating of the pottery. This product is quite expensive and we immediately called back to explain. They told us they didn't have any left in stock, and would call back in 4-6 weeks when they would receive some. We never got any return so we contacted them once again in June. We were told that they would call us back in July when they would receive their next batch. Now we are at the end of August and still no news !!!!! Like I mentioned, verify your product before purchase !!!!! April 2nd, 2019 - Administration has now changed, and the service is excellent. We have received a new water dispenser with many extras. As mentionned in our previous review, this is a very good product. The dispenser is easy to use, and looks very elegant on the kitchen counter. We highly recommend this product !

Their products are great, but the customer service is lousy and seems to be getting worse over time. Simple transactions to get filters turned out to be a pain with mistakes in the order and poor or inexistent follow-up despite numerous claims. We have had to repeatedly contact the customer service to fix a simple order issue and it took 5 months to get it resolved! Just be aware that once a customer of this company, you are effectively in a captive market. If the service is good, that's fine. If it's awful, then you might regret your decision. I'm not trying to bash the company as I think their products are good, but they need to take a hard look at their organization and realize that customer satisfaction is linked to an efficient and concerned customer service.

I have an Ovopur at home and I have given three of them as Christmas gifts, including the new tower this past Christmas. Everyone loves the product and the easy ordering system for the replacement filters. Everyone who drinks the water at my place, asks where they can get one! I also love my Alter ego! Great products from a great company! Best water you'll ever drink.

Very happy with my Alter Ego product. The insulated bottle keeps hot liquids hot all day long on my winter hikes into icy mountain terrain. The container is also quite robust and attaches easily to my backpack with a carabiner. I'm getting a lot of use out of it and thinking of picking up a second one. Great gift idea too

Aquaovo did our recent corporate water bottle project. We really loved the result and the payment/shipping was incredibly fast we are located in the Netherlands. The bottles look incredibly modern and cool. We will be using them again-extremely pleased!

I paid cash for an Aquaovo filter yes, it was at a sample sale, and yes... I paid for a 'marred' version back in November... that's 7 months ago by my count. Customer service is virtually nil, and when I do talk to people over there it's always the same story: "Yeah... it's on a boat from China" well, last time I checked, it doesn't take 7 months for a boat to get to Canada from China. Their filters are beautiful, but so far the purchase experience has been awful. I hope those of you who pay the full $900.00 get treated better.
