Guy shows up without mask two days late is extremely rude to take a fridge for free, no tools to take the doors off, a real prince. Would not recommend if the fridge was on fire. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

I've gotten 2 fridges here. Good deals and super nice staff

Faulty equipment. Been waiting for 3 months for their technicians to show up to fix my fridge. Roomate and I lost for around 500$ of food in the meanwhile.

The service was friendly and the product functions well. Unfortunately the delivery was late around 8pm in the evening, but the delivery men were very quick to bring it up the stairs. The fridge was not cleaned when we received it, but we called the store and we were compensated for the mishap the next day. Overall we are satisfied.
